Product Description:

Electro-welded screen made of 1.4 mm Ø, galvanized steel wire with 15 x 15 mm mesh, standard length of 50 cm and different widths.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

  • They are metallic screens produced in fire-zinc coated steel, used in the union of masonry with the structure and between masonry, in order to avoid the appearance of cracks in these regions after finishing;
  • They are fixed to the concrete structure by means of smooth pins mounted with a washer and later folded over the row of bricks;
  • In addition to plain pins with washers, .27 caliber power loads are used with powder tools, such as PSL-10, PRA-10, PRX-10 and PRS-10, or gas cans with gas tools, as Naja 20, Naja 40 and GW-1000.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Image01: Application instructions 1 The structure must be clean, free from splashes of grease or release agents;

Image02: 2 The surface of the structure must be roughened with roughcast mortar;

Image03: 3 The screens must be fixed from the 2nd row of bricks from the bottom to the top, every two rows up to the ceiling;

Image04: 4 For this fixation, the screens must be centered on the structure and fixed with two pins with washer, positioned 10 cm from the edge of the screen;

Image05: 5 The part with 40 cm of mesh must be folded over the row of bricks, where the laying mortar will then be applied.
